Manage projects beginning from assisting our sales team on initial proposal through final punch walkthrough of a project. This person must provide close coordination and communication between all parties at every stage including scheduling, cost control, quality control and client satisfaction. Experience in Construction Management, or a Technical degree in engineering or architecture.
Responsible for overseeing ordering, delivery, and installation details of each projects from the proposal stage through invoicing while providing quality support to customers and salespeople.
Responsible for providing financial, administrative services, IT support, process improvement, and general office functionality to support financial needs of the business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: accurately review and process invoices, review and reconcile invoice discrepancies, perform data entry associated with accounts payable, audit and process credit card bills, problem solve to help meet and exceed client, installer, and sales and design team needs, assist in the coordination and preparation for financial audits as required, address and respond to vendor inquiries, Project Coordinator back up duties and full understanding of Project Coordinator role, organize and maintain project folders, maintain company files and records, handle administrative recordkeeping for company’s IT and work directly with external Technical team, work with management to identify problems, providing suggested solutions, and help develop new processes, and perform various special project duties as assigned. A successful candidate will be highly organized, service-minded, conscientious, deadline oriented and flexible to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will preferably have some relative experience.
