Manage projects beginning from assisting our sales team on initial proposal through final punch walkthrough of a project. This person must provide close coordination and communication between all parties at every stage including scheduling, cost control, quality control and client satisfaction. Experience in Construction Management, or a Technical degree in engineering or architecture.
Responsible for overseeing ordering, delivery, and installation details of each projects from the proposal stage through invoicing while providing quality support to customers and salespeople.
Responsible for providing financial, administrative services, IT support, process improvement, and general office functionality to support financial needs of the business.
This individual’s main responsibility will be overseeing projects from the proposal stage through invoicing while providing quality support to customers and salespeople and support certain administrative office duties. A successful candidate will be highly organized, service-minded, conscientious, deadline oriented and flexible to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will preferably have some relative experience. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be a highly organized person who is able to multi-task and change focus quickly while remaining detail oriented. In addition to organizational skills, the candidate will be expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills, as they will be asked to communicate effectively with clients, vendors and associates. The ideal candidate is open to accepting additional responsibilities and expanding their role within the company.
