Govini Project

estled in the one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Pittsburgh, Govini’s Lawrenceville office was a project brought to Workscape by their landlord, who was looking for a trusted furniture partner that could quickly provide pricing and cost-effective solutions for their tenant.

Workscape worked closely with the project architect from the onset, including preliminary budget discussions centered on the Connexions finance tool. Dialogue early in the planning phase was the key to building a clean, flexible space that accommodates future growth, all while hitting a tight budget, schedule, and turn-around time.

Amie Piz, Workscape’s VP of Business Development and Strategy, paired her design background and industry experience to deliver an efficient and tasteful space with some constraints.

“With a little over 7,000 square feet and a hard ‘not to exceed’ price, we needed to select quality products from a variety of manufacturers at the right price point. At the end of the day, we were able to meet the project’s fixed budget without compromising on functional and aesthetics requirements.”

The resulting space blended the electricity of Lawrenceville with a great work environment for Govini, agrees Workscape President Dave Sauter

“What’s impressive to me is the high visual feel of the space at such a low cost per SF,” said Dave.
