orkscape is honored to be named No. 17 on the Pittsburgh Business Times Fast 50 list for 2025, recognizing the fastest-growing privately held companies in the region. The Fast 50 celebrates organizations that are not only scaling their operations but helping drive the economic vitality of the Pittsburgh region, and we’re grateful to be counted among this year’s group of standout performers.
From 2022 to 2024, Workscape achieved 83.98% revenue growth, driven by what CEO and Principal Ginny Rothschild describes in four words: “foundation, people, purpose, and passion.”
This year's Fast 50 list highlights the impressive momentum of businesses across the region. Collectively, the 50 companies grew from $4.7billion in 2022 revenue to more than $7.3 billion in 2024—an average growth rate of over 55%. These businesses employ more than 7,400 people locally, reinforcing how significant private-company innovation and investment are to Pittsburgh’s future.
When asked about Workscape’s biggest win of the year, Ginny explained, “We had the privilege of being the furniture and interior wall supplier for F.N.B.’s new tower. We did over 15 floors. It’s not every year that we get anew skyscraper in Pittsburgh, so to be part of the skyline in Pittsburgh and to walk out of the Penguin's games and see the reflection and see the furniture and see the walls and the timber structures is just really exciting and rewarding.”
